East Coast Marine & Industrial is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and owned and operated by Todd Payling. Todd is a fully qualified marine technician with over 20 years industry experience.
A keen fisherman with a strong passion for boating, Todd began his career in Newcastle gaining experience on a broad range of inboard engines, Mercruiser sterndrives and outboard engines including Yamaha, Evinrude E-TEC, Johnson, Mercury and Honda. A move to Sydney in 2009 saw Todd broaden his skills in diesel engines including Yanmar, CAT, MAN, Steyr, Volvo, Caterpillar, Twindisc transmissions and Mase and Northern Lights generators. In addition, Todd was fortunate to work abroad in both Noumea and the Solomon Islands, performing engine and fuel injection pump replacements in remote locations with limited facilities.
As a diesel marine engine specialist, East Coast Marine & Industrial is a reflection of Todd's passion for the marine industry, his ambition and consistent drive for high quality workmanship.
